F32 Station House | Inventory 2021/2022 | Belvoir Students

this is a belvoir student video inventory for the academic year students 2021-2022 for the property f-32 station house i can confirm that smoke alarms and windows are operational and cleaners have attended the property to clean fixtures fittings appliances and anything else necessary we’re just going to start by entering into the property and i’ll just show you the floor as we come in you can see are some light scratches across there i’ll just show you the walls however these ones have been repainted we’re going to start in the bedrooms so moving through to bedroom number one first you can see it looks like there’s been some bleach that’s been dropped on the carpet here and hence the discoloration but moving through the rest of the carpet looks in good clean condition as do the walls you can just see you’ve got a mirror there and you’ve got a pin board here and the desk it does look like this just some minor damage to that one and you’ve actually got two sets of drawers in here we’ll just have a look through some of those you can see they’re in a good clean condition and also you can see that the chair has not got any stains or marks and nor does this shelving unit here just pointing out you have actually got some french doors which we’ve opened up for you and they overlook the canal you just close these ones back up and you’ve actually got a second study chair that has been left here for you and that is for your use however there is some staining just to the front of that one looking at the wardrobe here there’s some damage just to the side here but looking inside it looks like it’s in a good clean condition no belongings have been left at all and you’ve also got a small lamp that’s been left on top of the bedside cabinet for you then we’ll just focus on the mattress you can see staying at just the corner there and some light markings just the top here we’ll just turn it over and to the top side it looks in a good clean condition it just looks like you worn your ensuite there’s some scratching to the door is actually outside of the bedroom just focusing on the bathroom you can see it’s in a good clean condition just a couple of marks couldn’t be removed for our cleaners and just having a look around you can see the tiles are all clean and there’s actually a modern bucket that just been left there and when the cleaners were in focusing in the sink and just looking at the mirrored cabinet you can see they’re both in a good clean condition as is the toilet [Applause] and you can also see that the toilet is operational just gonna focus inside the bathtub itself you can see that is all nice and clean and just pan up to the shower and the shower screen you can see that they are both nice and clean for you moving through we’re just going gonna move um to the end of the corridor over here two bedrooms number three and four again you can see the walls there is some minor markings and you can still see it through the paint we’ll just come to bedroom number three here moving in you can see the carpet is in a good clean condition it does look like some minor markings to it however that is just where the cleaners have been hoovering and you can also see these walls apart from a couple of small marks are in good clean condition you have a mirror here and your pinboard just there please be sure to use the pin board rather than blue tacking anything to the walls as well just focus on the desk here it looks in a good clean condition no marks or scratches to it the chair there’s just some minor staining um to the end of that one i’ll just go through a couple of the drawers here and you can also see your shelving unit there just pointing out you can see from this bedroom just across to the rooftop garden as well which is a communal area for everybody from station house to enjoy so looking at this wardrobe you can see it’s in a good condition to the front and having a look inside it’s also nice and clean and clear and you also have your small cabinet just here having a look to the bed it is very worn as you can see i have had this one noted down to actually be changed and so we won’t focus too much on it as the landlord should replace this one by the end of the week before you move in and now just focus on the ensuite through here you can see the toilet and the tiles around it are in good clean condition as is the mirrored cabinet here and also the sink just point out there is actually um just some residue on the floor around here and so that is something our careers weren’t able to get up and also just pointing out this mark in the bathtub itself and just some drip marks as well and that again is just some residue and that has actually stained the bath itself just having a look at the shower and the shower screen and those ones are in a good clean condition moving across the hallway to bedroom number four it looks like it’s just some markings as we come in and again but the lighter markings again as i say are just from the hoover and in this room you have got two chairs and they’ve just been left one from the tenant and one by the landlord which as you can see has got a lot of markings to it and this is something that we will be redoing later on in the year just covering the seat and you can also see some light scratches to the desk as well and you can just see your shelving unit and pin board and mirror just focusing on the wardrobe here there’s a couple of marks to the front of that one we’re just having a look inside we can see it’s in a good clean condition there’s also a couple of marks on the carpet just in front of that wardrobe too and the chest of drawers and these chest of drawers have actually been left by the previous tenants and they’ve just been left there for your use if you would like them having a look in the bedside cabinet there is some markings to the top of that as well and just having a look on this bed we’ve also put this bed down to be replaced as well and hence i’m not turning it over for you just some minor markings and to the wall as we go into the bathroom you can see um some watermarks just in front of the bath here the sink and the mirrored cabinet are just there for you and have been polished up just testing the toilet [Music] [Applause] you can see that one is in a good clean condition and so is the back itself and the shower and the shower screen as well we’ll be moving back down the corridor to bedroom number five now you can see just a couple of marks um to the carpet here your bedside cabinet is actually just over here you can see that it’s nice and clear and there’s a wardrobe as well here for you no markings to the front at all and just next to that one also pointing out the mirror just here it seems as though the last tenants also left another wardrobe here for you so please use that one if you would like as well you’ve also got your pin board which that is just in front of and here is your shelving unit as well looks like there’s a couple of marks that you can see on the desk as well looks like tape residue etcetera just pull out the chair you can see a minor mark at the front of that one um but all in all it is in a good condition she’s just putting another pen mark at the back there i’m just looking inside these drawers you can see as well they are in good clean condition and you can see the mattress here it does look like there’s a mark just to the middle of that one and which would correspond with the gap um in your bed base here we’ll just turn that one over and you can see to the top side it is in a good clean condition it’s slightly worn however it is nice and clean for you just looking in the bathroom there are a couple of markings um to the floor as well that you can see however it’s in a good clean condition to the tiling and the grout between that and you can also see the mirror here is all polished up for you as well as the sink here [Music] [Applause] just testing out the toilet you can see that that one is good operational and clean we’ll just have a look in the bathtub here shower and shower screen they are both nice and clean for you just putting out some tape and the tape’s been stuck to your mirror moving to bedroom number six you can see there is actually some markings on the floor again just here and again just there for you as well so you can see again there are just markings um to the carpet throughout we’ll just have a look inside some of the drawers at the desk and the desk itself there is somewhere that you can see here and some scratches as well the chair is in a good clean condition just a small mark to the back of it here you’ve got your shelving unit with a light that’s actually um just there if you choose to use that one and your pin board here i’m just going to have a look in the wardrobe you can see that one is nice and clean and here you’ve actually got two separate cupboards so you’ve got a small shelving unit just there with no damage to the top and another bedside table here it does just actually have a small um receipt in that one so i will remove that for you also just want to point out there is actually a mattress cover that was left on top of the bed and so i’ve just taken that one off and you can see this bed is very worn it’s also on our list to be replaced um by the end of the week before you move in i’ll just turn that one over [Music] to the top side you can see it’s in a good clean condition moving through to the bathroom it actually looks like the um flooring has been recently retired i’m just looking at the sink and your mirror cabinet unit here the toilet is in a good clean condition [Music] as if [Music] and finally we’ll just make our way through to the kitchen and communal area just pointing out you can see some stickers that have been left up here and they couldn’t be taken off by our cleaners unfortunately so just going to point out as well your fire blanket and the extinguisher are just here please leave those where they are as um then of course you’ll know where they are in case of an emergency and that’s just next to the bin here as well you can see your toaster here i just pan around the kitchen and we’re going to have a look into some of these cupboards just so that we can see there’s no stains or marks to them at all and just the top you can see there’s some damage to the back of this board here and pointing out as well this is the ventilation system so please again just do as it says don’t open that one or don’t leave it open at all you can see the hobs here are in a good clean condition there is some marks and that we couldn’t get rid of um our cleaners and just pointing out your extinct extractor fan just up here as well having a look in the oven you can see um some markings on that it’s hard to pick up the camera this is actually between the glass and so it’s somewhere our cleaners weren’t able to get to but looking inside the oven itself it is in a good clean condition we’ll just have a look in a few more of these cupboards just some information about some of your appliances here you’ve got a microwave and just a dish to go on top as well there just some scratching to the back of this cupboard now and again a little bit of damage to the back and you can see that the um surface itself is in good clean condition there’s just a couple of um marks there that have actually been filled in handsome looking black just focus again on the cooling rack here lots of scratches etc underneath there and again over to this side just next to the kettle and the sink you can see the sink is all nice and clean there is just some watermarks left in there and where those holes have been filled in again you can see is the filler just focusing underneath the sink you can see the meter and just there to the left so that’s there in case you need to get any meter readings from set up your utilities etc looking inside the washing machine drawer that is nice and clean for you as is the window and the drum itself then we’ll just have a look you can see although it is slightly squeaky the walking machine is nice and clean for you just showing you these top cupboards you can see the damage just slightly there however it is nice and clean for you as well looking at the table you can also see some marks there and some burn marks of course if you want to put anything hot on the table we do suggest putting something down first like a chopping board etcetera and so you can see the table has got a lot of wear and tear to it and just some ring marks over here and we’ll just have a look at some of the chairs you can see there is some damage to the cushions and you can see just to the corners here where they’ve been pushed into the table as you can see i’m just going to show you these bridges here so you can see that this fridge it has actually been left open as it’s off so it’s making sure it’s aired for you when you enter the property you can see it’s in good clean condition and all the drawers and shelves are intact as are the freezer i’ll just show you the front of the fridge you can see that one is nice and clean there’s no stickers and i’ve been put on there by previous tenants nor scratches or dents and just having a look in the other one here you can see that that is nice and clean as well actually just putting out this scratch here and we’ll just have a look at the front here you can see there is actually some marking and some dents to the bottom and it looks like there’s some tape and blue tack to the side of that just have a look table you can see there is quite a lot of um markings and damage etcetera to that i’ll just also pan around the walls you can see they are in a good clean condition and as is the floor we’ve got two three seater sofas this one is in a good clean condition it’s looking a little bit worn however it is nice and clean just some marks here and also just looking at the second one again it just looks like some ring marks um here so that is the end of our video of f32 station house we thank you ever so much for coming in with belvoir and if there is anything you need
