this is a video inventory of flat 3 10 spencer street for the next academic year students 2021 and 2022. i can confirm that all windows are operational smoke alarms are working and cleaners have attended the property to clean fixtures and fittings appliances and anything else that needs cleaning just pointing out we have a fire extinguisher must be kept in place at all time and that is for your safety we’re going to start off with bedroom number three here as we’re going checking out the carpet all seems to be in fairly good order a couple of minor marks are coming into the screen here and around just here checking out the mattress the mattress is in good clean uh condition to the underneath i’m going to turn this mattress over and you can see just one very light mark which is just here otherwise it’s in really good clean condition the desk it doesn’t seem to have any damage and the drawers are empty as can be seen and the study chair is in good condition you have a bookshelf and a wardrobe just opening up this wardrobe just to make sure that it’s empty for you which it is and you have a pin board and blinds to the windows that wall seems to be in a pretty good order just occasional light mark okay so what we will do is that we will go on and see the next bedroom now this middle bedroom is number two uh concentrate on the carpet again as we go in again it seems to be in a good order uh here is the wardrobe that is scratched there there’s a sticker on here too just opening up the wardrobe and again you can see that the wardrobe is empty there i’m just going to open these drawers and just show in that they are empty too we have a small bookshelf uh concentrating on the mattress light mark just here this is the underneath of the mattress and let’s just switch that to the top and you can see that the mattress is uh good clean condition uh to the top that’s just removing a little bit of fluff there a pin board um and then the wall seem to be in a good order as well now this takes us through to bedroom number one a couple of marks to the carpets um like marking two uh if we can see it let’s get better light there there which is under the mattress let’s go to this side here so to the underneath of the mattress you can see that it’s marked just there on top of the mattress it’s uh nice and clean to the top there just gonna push that up a little bit a desk and chair you can see that all the drawers are empty the study chairs in a good condition and the wardrobe is empty mirror to the wall blind to the window there’s a mirror in the hallway and also entry phone system this is your heating controls just here and then moving through to your shower room you can see the floor is in good condition seems if there’s a slightly loose tile just here the sink and the taps are clean wear and tear to the shower rack just making sure that the toilet is working for you nice and clean [Applause] and the tray is clean to the shower just slight discoloration to the seal here and this is your shower hose looks nice and clean i’m going to pop it back in its spot the glass is nice and clean to the shower and again you can see that the boarding here is nice and clean too uh two cabinets to the walls then that leaves us through to the kitchen so we have a small storage unit a coffee table um a three-seater sofa i’ve got some marking to it slightly again fire extinguisher fire black it must be kept there at all times that is for your safety and here is your fire safety instructions with carbon monoxide dining table showing signs of where uh as probably the triangle uh seats just showing a bit of age to henry hoover here looking at the fridge freezer seems to be in uh good order with no damage then looking inside we have the drawers and you can see that that drawer there is damaged i’m just going to turn that down for you and i’m going to put it on number one so it’s not using much electricity i don’t think they use much anyway so let’s just shut that for you cupboards are empty here where i’m pointing out [Music] now this kitchen does have wear and tear so i’m also going to point that out to you you can see here and also here let’s have a quick look at this cupboard and they are uh age-related wear and tear let’s just shut these cupboards quick look in this one here the sink is in good condition and the tap is clean washing machine drawer is clean now this is a washer dryer let’s have a quick look see the drawers are empty just like a spice rack and there is some powder at the bottom and at the side here of the dishwasher the hob is nice and clean just taking a look in the oven you can see that the oven is clean better cleaning material just in here now in between the glass you will see drips and this is where the cleaners can’t get to let me just try and show it this way here there’s parts that is in between the glass it’s very difficult to get to just showing the wear and tear again just some minor chipping to the work surface so sylvia tag is your student manager for the next academic year alongside her so three assistants which are hannah lucy and sarah here to make your stay a comfortable stay if you have any maintenance issues then please do report them to velva as we manage the property on the landlord’s behalf and it just leaves us to say we hope you enjoy your stay here and your
