How to MANIFEST your IDEAL BODY | Law of Assumption Technique

hey y’all welcome back to the channel it’s taj and i’m back today with some more free tea if you are new to this channel we transmute energy in a sin we talk about things like the law of attraction the law of assumption creating our dream realities and simply being the best version of ourselves so today i want to talk to you guys about how to manifest your ideal body the one and only thing that you need to do to manifest literally anything but specifically today your ideal body so if this is something that you’re interested in then just stay tuned so like i said all my videos for everything else that you need to do this one thing is actually living in the end you want to visualize yourself as your dream body at your dream weight see it in your mind’s eye feel it smell it look at it touch it in your mind’s eye do all the things that you want to do to your body even imagine hearing people say oh my gosh you look so good oh my gosh you’re you you’re losing so much weight or you’ve lost weight here people tell you this in your mind’s eye and your visualization and simply live from the end if you want to be let’s just say 140 pounds you know what that looks like on your body you know what that feels like and imagine how you would feel how you would act what you would eat what you would do what you would wear all of those things and start acting as if so even if you are not 140 pounds right now and that’s the way that you want to be or whatever it is that you want to be start walking around and acting like you weigh this acting as if basically i know for me i used to be the type until i got to my dream weight i would always focus on like oh my gosh i don’t feel good today or i don’t want to wear that because it makes me feel fat or i don’t want to wear these jeans because they make my fat rolls show like don’t operate in that mindset when you’re trying to manifest your dream body you need to wear whatever the heck you want to wear and feel good wearing it as though you already are at your dream body so don’t pay attention to if you’re if it makes you feel like oh my fat rolls are showing like wear it and be like oh these jeans feel so good i feel so nice i’m going to get so many compliments on this and really just stretch your stuff and have the confidence that you would have at your dream weight this is what helped me manifest my dream weight and is helping me manifest my new dream weight goal or my dream body now i just walk around and act as if like you cannot tell me that people don’t stare at my butt even though my butt is probably not as big as it needs to be right now but i’m manifesting a bigger butt so you can’t tell me that people don’t look at my butt like oh girl you got a big butt like thank you like what you have to pretend and act as if really hear and see in your mind’s eye people actually admiring your body admiring the parts of your body that you really want to enhance or focus on and take the little small compliments that you get from like your friends or family like if they if someone says oh it looks like you’re losing weight even if you don’t feel like you’re losing weight like really take that in and be like you know what thank you i am losing weight use the placebo effect okay when you drink water although we know that drinking water is very good for us very healthy makes us feel full um when you drink water literally tell yourself that this water is helping me lose weight like that is a part of the placebo effect you want to pretend like things are actually helping you get to your goal or helping you manifest whatever is it whatever it is that you’re trying to manifest so drinking every time i take a sip of water i’m telling myself like ooh this water’s helping me lose weight this water is helping me lose weight this water is helping me lose weight this water has helped me get to my dream body every time you want to do that even when you eat certain foods i’m not saying that you have to necessarily go on a diet there have been people to manifest their ideal dream body simply by using their mind and their mind only their visualization techniques and things of that nature so if you find yourself eating something that you already think and believe within your subconscious mind that will make you healthy okay let’s just say salads or juicing or drinking smoothies when you do those things really really go all in like oh my gosh this is helping me get to my dream body this is helping me lose weight this is what not this is helping me get to my dream body but this is what helped me get to my dream body you want to speak about your manifestation or your dream body as though it’s in past tense like you already have it this is what i drink water to get this body to get to this dream body i drink water to get to 140 pounds like you want to talk about it like it’s in the past like it’s already happened you already have it it’s already here because it’s already here honey it’s already here so use the placebo effect act as if think that um live in the end that you already have it act wear dressed walk around with this confidence that you are your dream body and feel like you would feel as if you already had that dream body and i promise you it’s gonna help you manifest your dream body in no time last but not least stay away from and ignore thoughts or anything that that doesn’t align to your ideal body so thoughts of like oh my gosh i feel fat ignore that and turn that around immediately in your brain like i feel good i feel healthy i feel confident i feel skinny i feel slim things like that any negative negative thoughts that creep into you into your mind that go against everything you’re trying to manifest as far as your dream body or your goal weight you want to immediately and i mean immediately on site change that thinking into a more positive thinking you want to transmute that negativity into some positivity because what we do here is we transmit energy in a sin so you you want to make sure that you’re not entertaining any of those thoughts don’t entertain anything when you try and close if they don’t exactly fit how you need to to fit don’t entertain anything negative you always want to stay positive and you’re thinking and act as if this is the goal this is what will get you there entertaining certain thoughts is only going to slow down the manifestation and get your vibration off and out of whack and that’s what you don’t want to do so yeah it’s that simple to manifest your dream body it is literally that simple visualize yourself as that body in your mind’s eye visualize yourself on the scale see the numbers that you want to see in your mind’s eye and really embody the feeling of you having your dream body having your ideal body whether it’s a smaller waist a bigger butt bigger boobs smaller boobs smaller weights anything whatever it is that you’re trying to manifest act show up as that person eat what that person would eat for the most part drink what they would drink use the plus use the placebo effect like i said earlier to drink water saying you’re going to tell yourself drinking this water is making me lose weight it’s getting me smaller and smaller about it by the day and drinking water has helped me get to my ideal body which you’re in now you’re acting as if using the placebo method or the placebo effect and this works so it’s literally just that simple don’t entertain anything other than positivity positive thoughts positive body image and things of that nature and i promise you if you persist
