My Spiritual Morning Routine || things I do to manifest

[Music] okay so the first thing that i do on a spiritual morning routine is i say five things that i’m grateful for it could be the tiniest thing just tell yourself five things that you are grateful for for example today i’m grateful for the electricity that i have i’m grateful for the beautiful sunset that’s outside so i could film this video i’m grateful for the food that i’m eating i’m grateful for being able to buy milk yesterday so that i could make smoothies today i am grateful for having a hair tie so i could tie my hair because some people don’t have those facilities some people don’t have that luxury so i keep in mind to be grateful for at least five to seven things every single morning like literally the tiniest things and especially on spiritual mornings i love doing this and it’s sort of turned into a habit so i do this very often but some days i forget especially on days that i’m in a hurry but yes the first thing i do is say five things i’m grateful for and then i drink water if you know me you know i always drink water i drink lots of water and it doesn’t matter what kind of morning routine i’m doing i always drink water stay hydrated kids hold on hold on we have a whole anthem for this you want clear skin water want to lose weight water want healthy hair water water on your ex water okay you guys so in this video i’m gonna be showing you guys my spiritual morning routine a little different from my usual morning routine but yes i do have a special spiritual morning routine where i’m all spiritual for the day i feel like i need some healing or just feel like i need to connect myself with the universe because some days just go by and i feel like i lose my connection i just feel like i’m not aligned with the universe so i’m not aligned with the things that i want to manifest and when i feel like that usually the next day i go on like a three day spiritual day routine i don’t know what to call it but like yes i become very very very spiritual for like three days until i’m aligned again and then i just maintain so this is my very first day of being spiritual again because for like a while i sort of lost myself if you know you know summer and i was just not aligned with my manifestation so i’m just trying to get back on it you know so yeah in this video you guys will see my spiritual morning routine if you guys would like to see my spiritual daily routine please let me know in the comment section down below [Music] [Music] okay so the next thing i did was stretch as you saw i stretched yeah i did well stretching not only does it make you strong flexible and healthy but being more flexible connects you with more positive life changes i believe and after stretching i just feel like my whole body is relaxed every single time after i stretch my body feels so relaxed i just feel good also one thing that i never do on spiritual morning routines is be on my phone some days i do stay on my phone after waking up and i just stay in my bed for like an hour 45 minutes scrolling through tick tock emails instagram facebook and doing all those things but on spiritual mornings or on productive mornings i never touch my phone i wait till i’m done with everything because i feel like social media is a huge distraction and as you wake up your mind is very clear and i know that as soon as you wake up your mind is just more open empty and it’s at peace but when you see things online you know your mind just sort of distracts itself so i try my best to stay away from my phone in the mornings so if you call me in the mornings and if i don’t answer my phone just know i don’t want to be disturbed mom if you’re watching this this one’s for you cause bro that woman calls me way before i even wake up now i actually use the ringer button on my iphone i actually put my phone on silent only because of her also now i am going to meditate a lot of you guys often ask me what you do when you’re meditating basically if you’re trying to manifest something you think about what you’re trying to manifest in details you feel the emotions you visualize the emotions or the exact scenario in your head of receiving the manifestation and that’s basically what i do and it works for me all the freaking time but on spiritual mornings i usually tend to meditate for peace inner happiness and confidence and just a clear mind since i’m on a spiritual day i will be trying to manifest throughout the day so i leave meditation mornings for peace happiness and a clear mind okay so right now i okay so right now i am going to make breakfast guess what i’m going to have that’s right green smoothies have you ever heard of you are what you eat now this phrase actually applies when you’re trying to manifest something but you’re eating really really bad food if you consume nutrition poor out of balance refined food your energized vibration will not be as high so that means you won’t be able to attract whatever you want but if you select nutrient dense well-balanced fresh gorgeous and colorful dynamic food it will supercharge your vibration as these food lift your cells to lift your mood and improve how you feel meaning the universe and the law of attraction can manifest what is that you desire as your vibration using these foods will be aligned with what it is you desire and that is why my friends it is important to eat healthy food it’s important to eat a lot of greens vegetables instead of eating burgers and a lot of oily or just unhealthy food so if you’re trying to manifest something like i always say your vibration needs to match if you have low vibration it’s not gonna work so if you want to manifest something if you are trying to increase your vibration try to eat more greens try to connect with nature more try to go out for a walk try to smell nature trees if you’re in the middle of a pandemic but yes green smoothies like this or vegetable salads can really help you [Music] and that is what i do for my amazing i love her yoga videos they’re amazing she has morning night and they’re just perfect so if you’re looking for some go do that one of the things i love to do the most while doing yoga is actually trying to manifest so i’m holding my thoughts in my brain my mind and trying to focus on what i’m trying to manifest while i am stretching out my muscles and doing yoga releasing energy while trying to manifest so i love doing that okay so the next thing i’m going to do is i am going to script and journal so if you have been constantly watching my videos you already know this is my manifestation book and i am going to manifest through the technique it’s called scripting so basically i’m going to script right now [Music] and i am done with my morning spiritual routine i ended my
