[vc_row][vc_column][vc_video link="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Xi8AiFJAvE"][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]my beauty secret is uh sandwiches [Music] hi i'm tommy dorfman i am on the cover of the in style beauty issue and this is my first u.s cover i mean to me it's honestly really uh it's validating it's surreal i grew up looking at so many women on the cover of in style magazine and never seeing someone quite like myself and i think it's incredibly powerful to hopefully be that for other people the cover's really exciting to me i think we've pulled this insane archival piece from harlem's heaven hats and it was inspired by this incredible trans performance legend named bambi it's bambi i know it's bandy it's so good bmb is just so iconic and i found this photo of her on pinterest and i screenshot it and i sent it to laura and i showed up today and that's what we ended up doing for the cover i mean this beauty look feels iconic because it's from the air that i was born my beauty secret is sleep and water and right now biologique biologique and this luna aster sunscreen that is tinted so that it just gives you that natural even glow yeah i mean i'm not wearing any makeup right now which is it's insane actually that i look like this basically it's skincare skincare skincare i roll my face every morning i do my luna aster and then i use mac face and body which is a really light to cover up some pieces a little bit of concealer just under the eye and then i use a creamy blush stick a fenty contour stick and then marc jacobs beauty has like a perfect taupey brown and i just do a contour here and a little under curl the lashes and if i'm feeling really ambitious after you know you have to brush your brows i mean men women non-binary people you're not brushing your brows i mean how are you alive if i'm feeling really crazy i will do a little a little bit of like a tubed mascara so it adds and then a little bite of the cheek as you walk around it's instant bella hoodie edie southwest divine um india more i mean i just tell these paparazzi i don't even know she was just walking down the street the other day glowing glowing like an ain't like i don't i've never seen a human being glow like that that's just powerful i think um i realized i was a woman watching breakfast at tiffany's um audrey heifer and i guess made me trans i've had so many women that i look up to and all share the sentiment of like saying no yeah like standing your ground firmly planting your feet in the ground sticking up for yourself no matter what and i think being of service to other people yeah keeping your arms wide open as celine would say i'm indebted to all the women who have been of service to me in my life and helped me become the woman that i am today and my real goal is to pass on that knowledge to others but just women<br><!-- wp:image {"id":1776,"sizeSlug":"large","linkDestination":"none"} -->rn<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img class="wp-image-1776" src="https://en.videoencontexto.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/Tommy_Dorfman_Shares_EPIC_Beauty_Secrets__Beauty_Inspiration__Cover__InStyle_4Xi8AiFJAvE.jpg" alt="Tommy Dorfman Shares EPIC Beauty Secrets &amp; Beauty Inspiration | Cover | InStyle" /></figure>rn<!-- /wp:image -->[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
